Returns for Store Credit

You may request a return within 21 days after delivery of the last item in your order. Accepted returns are issued as Nuvoshock store credit for a future purchase, not as a refund to your original payment method, except where required by applicable law.

How to request a return
Contact us through the Contact page at https://nuvoshock.com/pages/contact within the 21-day window. Include your order number and the item you wish to return. We will provide return instructions and the return address. Please contact us before sending your item back.

Return shipping
Customers arrange and pay for return shipping. No restocking fee applies. If your item arrives damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us so we can review the issue and explain the available resolution. This policy does not limit rights or remedies required by applicable law.

Store credit
After we receive and review an accepted return, the amount paid for the returned item will be issued as Nuvoshock store credit.
